ㅇThe electric power fund charges
- Gradually reduce charges by 1%p (3.7% → 3.2% from July 2024 → 2.7% from July 2025)
ㅇThe departure tax
- Lower charges included in airfare by 4,000 won (11,000 → 7,000 won)
- Expand eligibility for tax exemption up to the age of 12 (currently 2 years old)
ㅇThe charges for cinema entry
- Abolish the surcharge (3% of ticket price) added to the movie ticket prices
ㅇThe petroleum import charges
- Cut liquefied natural gas (LNG) import charges by 30% for one year

- Eliminate charges imposed on school sites, despite the decline in demand for new schools

- Cut charges on diesel vehicles by 50% for small business owners

- Reduce the farmland preservation levy rate applied specifically to non-agricultural development districts (30% → 20% of the officially assessed individual land prices)
The government will strengthen the management system for charges by constantly reviewing the validity and appropriateness of existing charges and introducing validity assessment for newly proposed ones.
